Biography:	Eldon Montgomery is a full time Speaker and Life Coach. In this role, Eldon looks after, coordinates, manages, and leads a coaching team providing all aspects of what it takes to help others to reach their goals. He is a big believer in Manifesting Your Destiny and supports a number of different individuals from all walks of life. Eldon is a qualified individual that has taken some college courses on Human Behavior, Criminal Justice Interpersonal Communications, , and Pre-Law from the Southeast Florida Institute of Criminal Justice in Miami, Florida. He also took a correspondence course with NRI Schools in Washington, D.C. for Real Estate Appraisal and Property Management and also obtained his certification for Computer Business Applications from the Southeast Florida Institute of Technology. Eldon is no stranger to the speaking industry, having spent (4) four years as a State Correctional Officer, a Data Management Consultant, owning a Information Technology Company, as a Human Resources Manager, as a Training Consultant, as a Construction Site Superintendent, as a Telecommunications Pace Manager, and also working in the Sales, Customer Service and Collections field, which taught him the importance of helping individuals to reach their goals in this life. Eldon has more than (23) twenty three years of experience in working with all types of individuals. Prior to starting his Speaking and Life Coaching business, Eldon spent these years as a trainer, as a sales associate, and a manager. Before starting Montgomery Life Coaching, Inc. in 2009, Eldon worked for a diverse range of organizations, including; The State of Florida, International Longshoreman’s Association, Johnson & Higgins, Keaton Corp, Investisoft Corp., National Working Force, C&S Bensch Development, Administrative Employer Services, MCI/Worldcom, Midland Credit Management, Calvary Portfolio Services, and Vanru Credit Corporation. In these roles, Eldon was responsible for accounting, management, training, human resources, payroll, technical support, and sales. Eldon helps many individuals to identify where their problem area is and then takes each step with them to create an action plan in order to remedy their situation or to reach their desired goal. Eldon offers a wide range of programs and services that are tailored specifically for the client’s overall needs. Drawing on many years of Human Relations, Eldon now focuses mainly on training and support for organizations, corporations, and individuals. After a successful career in Human Resources Management, Eldon now coaches, trains, and advises other individuals on how to achieve the same success in their life. Eldon’s varied background with diverse areas of experience provided the perfect foundation for speaking, training, and coaching individuals.
